since I gained the weight I lost back.
Summer of 2011, I lost almost 30lbs for Taiwan trip and for college. I looked great and was full of confidence. However, as college started, I didn’t know how to adjust my diet accordingly (eating at the cafeterias and making long trips to the gym) so I gained about 25lbs back by the end of my first year of college; I gained 5 more because of eating out living in an apartment.
Because I’m going back to Taiwan again this summer. I must lose more than 30lbs and maintain it!!!!!
By doing so, I plan to
- Drink 8 bottles (750mg) a day (kind of already doing so)
- Make food for myself and count calories (invite friends to come over for one-on-ones)
- Eat out only once a week (below $60 budget per month)
- Run for at least 30 mins EVERYDAY
- Do toning workouts here and there
- Weigh myself everyday (already doing so)
Starting weight: 169.2lb
Goal weight this summer: 130lb
I MUST LOSE WEIGHT!!!!
